The Rudolstadt Festival, which hosted the 2023 Euroradio Folk Festival (EFF), is one of Germany's largest folk and world music festivals and is considered one of the prominent world music festivals in Europe. It takes place every year from the first Thursday in July through the following Sunday, featuring over 20 stages and podiums with approximately 300 concerts, workshops, and discussions. The festival attracts up to 25,000 attendees daily. In this festival, the Hong Sung Hyun Art Company represented South Korea as the only Korean musician and performed at the Theater Stadthaus, an indoor theater located in the downtown area.
