[SEE the SOUND of the SEA] Project
SEE the SOUND of the SEA, with the theme of "Viewing Music" and "Listening Image," is an arts collaboration project meeting traditional music and modern visual arts and it consists of Part 1, which breaks away from genre boundaries, and Part 2, which witnesses the story of the Eastern Coastal Shaman music in the footsteps of strangers who travels from Goseong to Jumunjin, the northeastern coastal part of Korea, the nature and the daily scenery of the fishing village, from where Donghaean Byeolsingut is originated, are captured in the video with music.
SEE the SOUND of the SEA –Part 1. How loud the rain is
"Part 1. How loud the rain is" embodies the dynamics and improvisation of Eastern Coastal shaman music with modern visual art techniques by developing, transforming, and distorting the movements of improvised choreography arranged with traditional music in 3D motion graphics.
